Kohler Pool Information

Kohler's season will be Monday, June 29th until Sunday, August 23rd.

We will be closed Saturday, July 4th in observance of Independence Day


Our seasonal office hours will be 12:30-3:30p Monday through Friday for any assistance with passes, swim lesson, and tennis lesson sign ups.

Here are our hours: 
OPEN SWIM
1:00-4:50p daily 
6:00-7:50p Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Fridays

ADULT SWIM (ages 18+, lap swim)
12:00-12:50p Tuesday, Thursday, Saturdays 
5:00-5:50p Monday, Wednesday, Fridays

Our splash pad will open again this year and follow our open swim hours (1:00-4:50p, 6:00-7:50p). Admission to the splash pad will be included when you purchase a daily pass ($2.00 cash) or have a recreation/family pass. 

If you do not have a recreation pass, you can purchase a daily pass for $2.00 (cash) per person for anyone 5 years and over (ages 4 and under are free). Make sure you get a wristband from the front desk if you are looking to come back for night swim that day, if it is offered. 

**Please remember that anyone
7 years and under MUST be accompanied by someone 18 years or over.**

*Please note that the pool temporarily closes when the lifeguards hear thunder (and lightning follows) or when the rain is too heavy that the lifeguards cannot see the bottom of the pool. There will be times that the lifeguards participate in a "guard swim" to cool off on the very hot days. Thank you for your understanding so we can maintain safety for all patrons and staff.*

Patron Rules and Regulations: 

1. No horseplay, such as running, splashing, shoving, or dunking. 
2. Follow the schedule for different types of swimming (such as lane swimming, slide, and diving board area).
3. Diving is only permitted in the 8-foot/diving board. 
4. No glass containers, coolers, or meals permitted on deck. 
5. No alcohol or drugs are permitted. 
6. Profanity, improper behavior, and intoxication are not allowed. 
7. Swimming is not allowed in the designated diving area. 
8. Instructions by lifeguards must be obeyed at all times. 
9. All patrons entering either pool or the youth center must be scanned into the system as either a recreation pass holder or a daily pass BEFORE entering a facility.

Only ages 8 and up are allowed to swim without an adult in the big pool. Ages 7 and under must have an adult 18 years of age or older present with them. All swimmers, ages 5 & up must have a recreation pass or a daily pass. 
11. Young patrons who wish to enter the deep end can be asked to demonstrate their abilities to the lifeguard if need be.
12. Only one person at a time on the ladders. 
13. No gathering around the ladders.
14. No sitting or hanging on lifelines. 
15. No climbing on lifeguard chairs. 
16. No gathering around lifeguard chairs. 
17. For lap swimming only, kickboards, hand paddles, pull buoys, masks, fins, and snorkels are allowed, but only for their intended purpose. 
18. Emergency equipment is to be used by lifeguards only. 
19. Diving board rules: 
  • Only one person on the diving board at a time. 
  • Look before diving or jumping to make sure no one is in the diving area. 
  • Only one bounce is allowed on the diving board. 
  • Dive or jump only in a straight line from the end of the diving board. 
  • Swim to the closest ladder immediately upon entering the water after jumping off the diving board. 
  • No inward dives. 
  • No baby-bouncers. 
  • No back flips. 
20. Swimmers may not swim from the five foot area to the designated diving board area. 
21. Flotation devices/toys are only permitted at the discretion of the Head Guard. Footballs of any types are not allowed. 
22. Only guards are allowed in the chairs. 
23. No one may enter the pool wearing shoes (with the exception of water slippers), cut off jeans, underwear, jewelry (except starter earrings), watches, hair accessories (except small rubber band types), scrunchies, band aids or bandages, or chewing gum. Diapers must be covered by tight fitting rubber or plastic pants (legs & waist), swimsuits, bottoms, etc. 
24. All swimmers must shower upon entering the pool. 
25. Lifeguards will monitor and reinforce splash pad rules
26. All patrons must enter through the side door (parking lot side). Front entrance is for an emergency only. 
27. No loitering is permitted around lifeguards or attendants. 
28. There is NO catching at the slide! 
29. Any floatation devices (lifejackets) must be U.S. Coast Guard approved. Signal for a Head Guard to check the device. 
30. Storage areas are for staff only.
