LEAGUES:
Coed–Wednesdays or Sundays
Mens- Tuesday (6 teams required for league to run)
DESIGNATED RAIN-OUT DAYS - Mondays & Thursdays
If your team cannot field a team on a designated rain-out day (Mondays & Thursdays) your team will not be eligible for our league. In some cases, a season does not allow for us to abide by conflicting Monday or Thursday make-ups, please note, we do our best to abide by conflict dates that are indicated on your roster but we cannot guarantee an "all Mondays" or "all Thursdays" conflict.
The deadline for initial rosters and league fee is Friday, April 4th
Submit your roster online when you register at www.TonawandaRec.com. How to register online; team captains must create an account if you are a new user to this website. Once your account has been created, register for the league of your team’s choice. When submitting your roster ensure that the team contact matches the account that registered.

Non-online payments & rosters can be mailed or turned into our Office located at 35 Main St., Tonawanda, NY 14150. Office hours are 7am-3pm (closed 12-1pm for lunch).
Rosters can also be faxed to 716-692-6747, emailed to kohlerpool@tonawandacity.com or mailed/dropped off with payment, information above.
Please make sure that your roster has 15 players with complete addresses filled out prior to submitting it. Incomplete rosters will not be accepted.
League Fee: $400 per team – Online (3% applied at checkout), Cash or Check payable to: City of Tonawanda
Fee includes USA Softball fee, game balls, and score book
Ump Fee: $20 cash per team, per game, paid directly to the Umpire
