The National Alliance for Youth Sports & The City of Tonawanda Parks & Recreation Department Proudly Present Start Smart!
A 5-week long program for parents to help prepare their kids for youth sports. Kids will learn skills such as hitting, throwing, catching, kicking, running, and agility. Most kids do not have the proper coordination skills needed to be successful when they first start youth sports. This program is a step by step approach to build confidence, self-esteem, and makes sports fun! Plus it offers some great one-on-one time with your child. 

The cost is $50 for each parent-child group and includes a t-shirt and many other giveaways.
