Pitching Clinics
City of Tonawanda Residents: FREE! Registration begins NOW
Non-Residents: $10.00, Registration begins 3/11/22
Pitchers, improve your performance on the softball mound by working with experienced pitching instructors. You'll work on basic throwing mechanics using the windmill motion, including balance, proper arm path, and proper follow-through.
Pitchers should bring someone to catch for them.
Clinics will be held on Saturdays May 14th, May 21th, and June 4th, location TBA
~Ages 7-12 years: 10 - 11:30am
~Ages 12-16 years: 11:30am - 1pm
Softball Skills Clinics

Learn and brush up on the basics in preparation for the summer softball season. Our enthusiastic and experienced staff will break down and teach the skills of

* Throwing
* Batting
* Fielding

T-NT Youth Softball League
This summer we will be joining forces with North Tonawanda to bring you the T-NT Softball League. It will consist of players from both sides of the canal playing together on the same teams. Games will be played in both Tonawanda and North Tonawanda. We look forward to collaborating to bring our young girls a more grand playing experience.
Leagues for ages 5-7, 8-12, 12-16 years old
ALL Players must be registered & paid BY JUNE 11th
How to make a payment-
Pay online (3% processing fee) or via cash or check mailed or dropped off to 35 Main Street, Tonawanda, drop off hours are Monday - Friday, 3 - 5:30pm
Introductory Softball Summer Camp for Ages 5-7 years
Girls will learn the basics of how to properly throw, catch, and hit a softball. Players will then advance toward learning the fundamentals of holding a bat, proper hitting stance, swing techniques, and hitting follow through.
~June 28th - August 11th
~Tuesdays & Thursday, 4:30-5:30pm
~Clinics will rotate between the Tonawanda & North Tonawanda Fields weekly along with the Developmental League Schedule.
~$50 for residents, $80 for non-residents
~Sibling discount available
~Girls should have their own glove, bring their own helmet and bat is requested but not required.
Developmental Softball League for Ages 8-12 years
Girls will hone the basic skills of catching, throwing, and hitting. In addition to the basics, they will be taught base running techniques, basics of bunting, situational plays and defensive strategies.
~June 11th-Late August, roughly 5:30-8pm
~Practices and games will be help on Tuesdays & Thursdays from 5:30-7pm and will rotate weekly between the Lady Jacks softball complex in NT (on Payne Ave. between Taber Pl. & Humphrey St.), Kohler Field (291 Kohler St., Tonawanda), and Vets 4 (in Vet's Park 777 Niagara St., Tonawanda).
~$50 for residents, $80 for non-residents

~Placement clinics will be held Saturday, June 11th from 10-11:30am (Gilmore Field, 789 Gilmore Ave. North Tonawanda). These clinics are designed for coaches to get a good look at each player's performance level in preparation for them drafting their teams. Teams will be drafted after the clinic and players will be notified of their team placement by Sunday, June 12th.
~Team practices will be held on Tuesday, June 14th, Thursday, June 16th, & Tuesday, June 21st.
~Games will begin the week of June 27th and conclude in late August.
~Girls should have their own glove, bring their own helmet and bat is requested but not required.
Advanced Softball League for Ages 12-16 years
Girls will use their knowledge of the fundamental softball skills and apply them to more advanced playing techniques.
~June 11th-late August, roughly 5:30-8pm
~Practices and games will be held on Mondays and Wednesdays from 5:30-7pm and will rotate weekly between the Lady Jacks softball complex in NT (on Payne Ave between Taber Pl. & Humphrey St.), Kohler Field (291 Kohler St.), and Vets 4 (in Vet's Park 777 Niagara St.).
