RAIN-OUTS: In case of inclement weather, you will receive an email and/or text through tonawandarec.com cancelling the games by 5:00pm. If it rains after that time, the ump will decide if the field is playable. If a game is cancelled due to field conditions after 5:00pm, all following games on that field are cancelled. If we are aware of this decision, we will send out an email/text; if not, it is the team’s responsibility to go to the field. We will not reschedule games because you “thought” it was rained-out. The schedule will be updated online and an email will be sent out for rescheduled games.

UMPIRE NO-SHOW/PROBLEMS: Please call Paul Kirchmeyer at 716-818-1998 if you have a problem with an umpire or a no-show umpire. If he can send an umpire, teams must wait. Otherwise the teams are responsible for choosing a mutually agreed upon person from the stands to ump the game. Please make sure that you pay umpires prior to the game, regardless of if they are scheduled or are filling in.

GAME REPORTS: The winning team must email results no later than 48 hours after the game is complete. If this is not done it will result in a loss for both teams. You must include the date, name of the teams and the score for each team. Email kohlerpool@tonawandacity.com for scores.
